On March 10The inaugural meeting and the first general meeting of stockholders of Guangzhou Risong Intelligent Co., Ltd. was held. Guangzhou Risong Technology Co., Ltd. was renamed Guangzhou Risong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
During the adjournment of the general meeting of stockholders, the first meeting of the board of directors and board of supervisors was held and all the members approved that Sun Zhiqiang should act as president of the first board of directors of Guangzhou Risong Intelligent Technology Co. Ltd. and CEO of Risong Technology Co., Ltd., Liu Erbin as standing vice-president, Yan Xuetao as vice-president, Zheng Delun as secretary of the board and CFO, and Sun Wenyuan as chairman of the board of supervisors.
